These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts entered into by Suicide Blonde Ltd ("Suicide Blonde", "we" or "us") (company number 5098897) whose registered office is at:

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or if you are not at least 18 years old, that you have the authority/consent of your parent or guardian to do so.

Please make sure you read through these terms and conditions carefully before using this website, as your use of the website will signify your agreement to be bound by them.

By placing your order with us you are accepting these Terms and Conditions.

  1. General
    • 1.1 When your purchase has been made and upon payment with PayPal, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your payment. We advise you to print and keep a copy of it. No contract shall come into existence until we have accepted your order and received payment in full.
    • 1.2 We have done our utmost to describe all products as accurately as possible and in good faith. However, each item being handmade and due to the leather digital printing technique as well as the fabrication process, each actual accessory might differ slightly in colour & appearance from the image of the product shown on this website.
      For the same reasons, measurements are approximate also.
    • 1.3 All prices of items for sale on the website are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. All goods remain the property of Suicide Blonde Ltd until payment has been received in full.
      All payments are to be made through PayPal.
  2. Delivery
    • 2.1 All items are made to order. Whilst we may have some pre-made very small stocks of the digitally printed accessories, bespoke items are made once ordered. Please allow five weeks for your item to be dispatched to you. We thrive to dispatch goods as quickly as the fabrication process allows. In order to avoid disappointment, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to submitting your order, to check availability and time scales.
      We will only process your order if the material to make the item/accessory is available. In the event the goods you have ordered are unavailable, we will inform you by email as quickly as permitted and a full refund will be offered.
    • 2.2 Postal charges payable for goods in the UK are clearly stated next to each item description. All items will be sent “Recorded Signed for”, a service provided by The Royal Mail. A “Next day/Special Delivery” is also available upon request and additional charge. Please contact us for delivery rate outside of the UK.
    • 2.3 For shipment outside of the UK, import duties and additional charges may be incurred. These are your responsibility- and yours only- as a buyer. We have no control over these potential charges and their value.
    • 2.4 Upon full payment, the ownership of the goods will pass to you. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
  3. 3. Returns Policy
    • 3.1 Each accessory is made to order or bespoke and therefore cannot be refunded nor exchanged unless faulty or grossly misrepresented on our website. In this eventuality, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving the item and prior to sending the goods back to us. We will, in turn, email you with the procedure to follow.
    • 3.2 An item cannot be returned because it is unsuitable or you had a change of heart. The accessory must be in an unused state and in its original packaging. We strongly advise to wrap the item carefully as to avoid damage and to use the “Recorded/Signed for” service provided by Royal Mail in order to avoid loss & damage in transit. You remain the owner and therefore responsible for the goods until it reaches Suicide Blonde headquarters.
    • 3.3 All faulty items can only be returned and refunded through this website. You can in no way return the goods to any of our stockists. All postage costs incurred will be reimbursed to you in full.
    • 3.4 All Suicide Blonde accessories are made with the utmost care, highest quality leather and fittings. However, a free repair service is offered free of charge for goods within 6 months of purchase. We advise you to keep receipt of your purchase.
  4. 4. Liability
    • 4.1 Except for death or personal injury caused by Suicide Blonde’s negligence, Suicide Blonde shall not in any circumstances be liable to you for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the sale or use of our goods including without limitation loss of profits, damage to property or loss of contracts, revenues, goodwill, production and anticipated savings of every description.  In all other instances Suicide Blonde’s entire liability, shall it arise, shall be limited to damages which shall not exceed the value paid for the goods ordered by you and in respect of which the claim has arisen.
    • 4.2 We do not accept any responsibility for any amendments or changes we may make to the information contained in our website. We reserve the right to alter the Terms and Conditions or the information contained in this website at any time and we do not accept responsibility for these changes. By continuing to use Suicide Blonde’s website after these changes, you agree to all of the amendments we have made.
    • 4.3 In the Suicide Blonde’s World section, we have added links to other websites. These websites are those of dear friends, people who inspire us and things & others that might, in turn, inspire you too. We do not vet these websites and do not have any control over their contents and therefore we cannot accept any liability related to their use.
    • 4.4 Suicide Blonde Ltd owns the copyright to all material contained in this website. You must not- under any circumstances- copy nor use any of the website’s content without the prior written consent of Suicide Blonde Ltd. Infringement of any rights owned by Suicide Blonde Ltd such as copy of design or database will be prosecuted.
      • 4.5 Reading and understanding these Terms and Conditions are your responsibility, and we do not accept responsibility for any damage or loss incurred by you as a result of your failure to do so.
